HOW TO USE

• Wet fine liner brush (included with palette) with water.
• Use the wet brush and mix it into the product very well until you get a creamy consistency (like melted ice-cream).
• Wet brush further and continue mixing if the texture is too thick.
• Get creative—create graphic liner looks.
• Let the product fully air dry before storing away.
